Lincoln Industries is hiring an IT intern.

SUMMARY: Assist the IT Department with installing and maintaining computers, software, printers, and network peripherals. Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems.

WAGE TYPE: Hourly
FLSA Exemption: Non-exempt

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
· Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
· Assist with troubleshooting issues and providing end user technical support
· Organize and maintain IT peripherals
· Imaging, provisioning, and deploying of new computers
· Assist in documentation of IT software and processes
· Assist with projects as directed by IT team
· Could potentially come in contact with hazardous chemicals.
· Environmental responsibility is our commitment to our communities.
· Proper disposal of waste such as recyclables, standard waste, hazardous waste, etc. is expected.
· Any other tasks as required fulfilling Lincoln Industries' Beliefs and Drivers.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE:
· Reports to: IT Manager

QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be substituted for the expected levels of education and experience required.

Education and/or Experience:
Expected: Junior or Senior status pursuing bachelor’s degree in an IT related field

Communication Skills:
· Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language.
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Other Skills:
· Basic understanding computer system and networking
· Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
· Must be highly organized and able to conduct multiple tasks concurrently
