The Lane Department of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at West Virginia University is hosting a one-day, in-person and online graduate program information session on March 9, 2022.

Intended participants:
Students that have completed or are about to complete their undergraduate/ MS degrees and looking to:
• Pursue graduate studies in computer science, or in computer/electrical engineering.
• Conduct cutting-edge research with Faculty.
• Interest in applying for Fall 2022, or Spring 2023 or Fall 2023.

Information Session will Focus on:
• Graduate School Programs Offered and Requirements
• Paying for Graduate School -- Financial Support available for students
• Interaction with Existing Graduate Students and Poster Session
• Small Group Discussion with Faculty
• Campus and Lab Tours for in-person students
• Research Clusters Information within Department

Tentative Schedule:
Travel to Morgantown on Tuesday, March 8 or Wednesday, March 9, 2022.

Wednesday, March 9, 2022 (In-Person/Hybrid)
Advanced Engineering Research Building (Room: AERB 120)
· 10:30 am: Welcome and Overview
· 11:00 am: LCSEE Graduate Requirements
· 11:30 am: Paying for Graduate School
· 11:50-12:30pm: On Campus Lunch (Pizza)
· 12:30-1:30: Poster Session by existing Graduate Students
· 1:30pm: Lab Virtual Tours
· 2:15pm: Research Cluster Interaction with Faculty- Smaller group interaction
· 3:00 PM: Ask me anything about Graduate
· 3:30pm: Personal Lab Tours around the Evansdale Campus (by students)

Lunch will be provided. Participants should register at their earliest convenience, preferably by 2/25, and will be sent a detailed agenda in advance of the event.
