This government service entry program offers qualified BS graduates, or soon to graduate, a well-planned three year development and training program, which includes one year of graduate studies relating to state-of-the-art technology. The first and third years of this unique training and development program will involve work experience while the second year is dedicated to graduate studies. During this second year, the participant maintains full salary and all tuition, feeds, and books are paid for.

Qualified applicants with relevant MS degrees, or BS degrees supplemented by one year of professional engineering or science experience, may also be considered for a two year, on the job training program. At the end of the development period selected candidates will be promoted to a journeyman level engineer or scientist, positioning them to work on projects and solve problems independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.

This program offers eligible candidates a 25% sign-on bonus and repayment of student loans up to $20,000 for qualifying federally insured loans.
