Current undergraduate students are invited to apply for the Research Experiences for Undergraduates site (REU): Declarative Approaches to Knowledge Intensive Applications, sponsored by National Science Foundation.
In this Research Experiences for Undergraduates program, the students will have opportunities to do research in computer science and apply computer science to solve problems in the areas of cybersecurity, energy, healthcare, and space exploration. This program will provide generous stipends of $4500 for attending the program and up to $1100 to offset travel cost to the REU site and to the external partners. Participants will also have free housing and a meal allowance. The application deadline is March 16, 2015. Decision notifications will be emailed March 31, 2015.
