Recruiting Student Ambassadors

Bits & Bytes
Bits & Bytes

Undergraduate recruitment is reaching out to students who are studying in or are in a student group who would be a great fit for the College of Arts & Sciences Student Ambassador team starting in Fall of 2015.

This is a great role for current students who are looking for a leadership opportunity. Ambassadors regularly work on public speaking, one-on-one conversations with new people, organization, time management, and articulating their interests and experiences in a concise way that will help them down the line in job searches. Because of the diversity of their prospective student population, they are looking to mirror this diversity with the Student Ambassador team (in-state/out-of-state, freshmen-senior, students of color, small town/large city, honors/non-honors, and so on).

Applications can be found at: go.unl.edu/casambassadors, along with more information on the Ambassador program. Applications are due by April 1.
