Student Veteran Peer Mentor Program

The First-Year Experience & Transition Programs is starting a peer mentorship program for student veterans and military dependents. The transition from volunteer service to college student can be an unfamiliar and challenging experience so the goal of this program is to better support student veterans and provide awareness of campus and community resources focused on academic success.

2. Completed at least one semester at UNL
3. Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above AND be in "good standing" at UNL
4. Possess the qualities of integrity, respect, courage and an exceptional attitude
