The UNO College of Informatics Science & Technology and the UNL Office of Student Affairs is presenting a talk with the Olympic swimmers Rebecca Soni and Ariana Kukors.
Soni is an American former competition swimmer and breaststroke specialist who is a six-time
Olympic medalist.
Kukors is an American former competition
swimmer who holds the current world record in the 200-meter individual medley (long course).
The subject and name of the talk is "Setting Goals, Motivating and Disciplining Yourself to Succeed on a Global Stage."
The talk will take place in Omaha and Lincoln. The Omaha talk will be Wednesday, April 8 from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Peter Kiewit Institute in room PKI 158.
The Lincoln talk will take place Thursday, April 9 from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the City Campus Union in Colonial A.
