An intern is needed for a project involving computer applications for dairy and beef. The main objective of the beef project is to locate and record animals that are in close proximity to alert the producer to the incidence of disease transmission among beef cattle in a confined area. The group involves scientists from Kansas State as well as the LLC located in Lincoln at the Haymarket. The internship would not be full time but could be handled by a senior student that would like to get some experience working in this area and it would be a great addition to his/her resume.
