The first Engler Entrepreneurship Program meeting will be held tonight at 7:30 in the East Campus Union.

The Engler Agribusiness Entrepreneurship Program encourages and invites all CSE students with an interest in entrepreneurship to join its organization.

The Engler Program is focused on helping students transform the resources of our nation's strength in agriculture into the next big idea. Agribusiness students are seeking fellow computer science and engineering students to assist them in bringing their technology, software, and business concepts to life.

By joining the program, CSE students will have the opportunity to create real, innovative products and gain unique development experience. Not only does the Engler Program provide business opportunities to its students, but it also connects them with internships, scholarships, and startup work as well.

The first meeting of the semester will be today, Aug. 31 at 7:30 p.m. in the Great Plains Room of the East Campus Union.

Students who choose to join are also invited to attend the Engler 3DS Startup Experience, a 72-hour learning-by-doing campus workshop that teaches entrepreneurial skills to university students in an extremely hands-on environment. Participating students will spend the weekend of Sept. 23-25 collaborating on ideas, pitching products to businesses, and connecting with successful and established entrepreneurs.

Interested students who would like to join the program or receive more information should contact Brennan Costello at bcostello3@unl.edu.
