With career fairs scheduled for the next two weeks, attending the Career Fair Prep Night on Wednesday, Sept. 20 at 6:30 p.m. in Nebraska Hall W213 could give you an advantage.
The event, sponsored by oSTEM (out in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), is designed to provide information on a wide range of topics from STEM-related businesses to LGTBQA-related career advice to general information about the career fairs.
Free Jimmy John's sandwiches and Pepsi products will be also provided.
Staff from both Engineering Student Services and Career Services will give presentations, and students can engage in on-site resume reviews and open discussions and Q&A dialogues with experts on myriad topics, including being LGBT in STEM fields.
