Nebraska has once again been awarded a grant through the Argentina Fulbright Commission, which will allow the university to host 23 junior and senior-level undergraduate students in various fields for a 6-week program, beginning in early February. As part of this program, we would like to match our Argentine students with peers to help introduce them to the U.S. education system, the university, and the community.
This is an unpaid opportunity to gain global competencies, volunteer experience, and to make friends from around the world.
Candidates much be at least a sophomore standing and be available to spend 2+ hours per week with their Argentine partner(s) from February 2nd-March 16th.
Interested students should email the Office of Global Strategies at globalstrategies@unl.edu to request more information, and will be required to submit a letter of interest and resume via Email by Friday, Jan. 12, at 5 p.m.
