The Office of Undergraduate Research is seeking faculty, postdocs, and advanced graduate students from any discipline to serve on the selection committee for the Undergraduate Creative Activities & Research Experiences (UCARE) program at UNL. You'd be supporting undergraduate research at UNL and it's a chance to add another item to the University Service section of your CV. Arts/Humanities and Business readers are especially needed.

UCARE applications are research project proposals from undergraduate students in science, humanities, business, and the arts at UNL.
• You'll be assigned applications in your field of expertise (or a closely related field) and will be provided with review training materials including an evaluation matrix.
• Proposals are posted in an online evaluation system. You'll sign in to read and evaluate proposals at the times most convenient for you.
• You'll be responsible for reviewing 30 proposals (or fewer) from January 28-February 15 (summer applications) and/or March 18-April 5 (academic year applications). We expect this translates to a total time commitment of less than 5 hours per review period.
