The TeachingWorks Summer Institute invites you to join them virtually July 20 through August 5! At this multi-offering program, teachers and teacher educators can engage in a virtual professional learning community to build vision and skill for teaching and teacher education practice that advances justice, both online and face-to-face.
The acute needs that schools, teachers, and teacher educators have to organize virtual learning for children and teacher candidates during these unprecedented times have made the work of teaching and teacher preparation more challenging than ever. But we must rise to the occasion to strengthen and extend our commitment to developing teaching and teacher preparation that disrupts injustice.
The summer institute has been converted to take place in a virtual format and the program has been modified to be responsive to the needs of remote teaching and learning, extending our work to advance justice through teaching and teacher preparation into new modes and spaces.
