The Center for Excellence in Education (CEE), a 501(c)(3) organization, sponsors the Research Science Institute (RSI) program in collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. RSI is a free summer research internship program for rising high school seniors who are brilliant in science and mathematics. Students apply for admission to RSI during the fall of the junior year in high school.
This year RSI had a total of 100 students from 38 US states and 18 foreign countries.

The CEE also sponsors the USA Biology Olympiad, which is used to select the U.S. Team to the International Biology Olympiad. This year Team USA brought back four gold medals. School registration for the 2025 USABO is now open at usabo-trc.org.
