The University of Nebraska is excited to introduce Primarily Math 2.0, a redesigned Professional Learning Academy tailored for K-3 teachers who want to deepen their expertise in early elementary mathematics. This flexible program helps educators strengthen both mathematical and pedagogical knowledge, ultimately enhancing student learning.

Program highlights

  • Schedule:
    • Summer 2026: Two intensive math courses over two weeks
    • Fall 2026: One 15-week course focused on problem-solving and fractions
  • Locations: In-person sessions in Fremont (ESU 2) and North Platte (ESU 16), with possible additional sites or online options based on interest.
  • Costs: Estimated summer costs start at $300 for non-credit participants meeting at ESU 2 or ESU 16; graduate credit options are available.
