Join us for a series of seminars to continue the conversations from the symposium on Imagining the Future of Undergraduate STEM Education!
About these events
How can we transform undergraduate STEM education to meet the needs of students, science, and society?
What do changes in the population, goals, and pathways of undergraduate STEM students mean for educators and leaders of undergraduate institutions?
Join us as we continue to discuss the future of undergraduate STEM education, in 2040 and beyond. These seminars will allow for active participation of all attendees as they listen to short presentations and discuss in-depth their own ideas for creating student-centered learning experiences; appropriate uses of technology in undergraduate STEM education; equity, inclusion, access, and flexibility in undergraduate education; and real-world learning experiences inside and outside the classroom.
Participants are encouraged to come in pairs or small teams to facilitate taking ideas back to their own campuses.
