Kim Blair, Ph.D., will discuss Disciplines of Technology Development and Product Design on Friday, Sept. 16 at 3 p.m. in Jorgensen 110. Blair has a B.S. from UNL in Mechanical Engineering and founded the Sports Innovation Program at MIT. He also trained with NASA and has been an Ironman triathlete.
Bill Fehrman, CEO of MidAmerican Energy, will give a seminar on his company's Renewable Energy Systems: Wednesday, Sept. 28 at 3 p.m. in SEC 237. MidAmerican owns and operates many of Iowa’s wind farms. Fehrman is hosted by UNL's Electrical Engineering Department.
