My time at UNL was one of the most influential experiences of my life. As a political science major and member of the Forensics (Speech & Debate) team, it is hard to articulate just how much my understanding of the world changed in just 4 short years. My experiences at UNL inspired me to pursue a law career and it undoubtedly prepared me for the challenges of law school. I graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2019. After graduation, I was offered a fellowship with the DC Affordable Law Firm where I practiced family and immigration law in Washington, DC. Today I work as a Juvenile Court attorney with Legal Aid of Nebraska.
