Career opportunities encompass the whole spectrum of the criminal justice system and are available at local, county, state and federal agencies as well as private agencies, companies and corporations. Some positions will require additional training and/or education.

The School of Criminology and Criminal Justice (SCCJ) offers a very comprehensive internship program. Whether your interest is in law enforcement, corrections, probation, parole, courts, law, juvenile services, victim services or other related areas, you will receive valuable experience and contacts in the field to enhance your career development. Our schools Internship Coordinator Dr. Chris Eskridge assists students with internship placement. SCCJ has established internships in over 45 local, state, federal and private criminal justice agencies in Lincoln and surrounding areas. Criminal Justice Internships
