The Nutrition & Health Sciences department in the College of Education & Human Sciences offers a degree in Nutrition and Health Sciences with several options within the degree to ensure students can find the right fit for their academic and career goals. Are you interested in a career working with athletes? Consider exploring the Nutrition, Exercise, & Health Science, a great fit for students interested in managing fitness facilities, strength and conditioning, or preparing for continuing your education as an athletic trainer, physical therapist, or chiropractor. Are you more interested in helping individual and communities learn more about health and wellness, consider the Community Health & Wellness. This course work is a great launch for students interested in nursing, registered dietician, public health, and health administration. Last, if you are interested in a nutrition foundation while taking science courses to prepare for professional school in medicine, pharmacy, or dental consider exploring the Nutrition Science option. Students in the Nutrition & Health science major work with outstanding faculty throughout their degree program, building lasting connections.
