RockSol Consulting Group, Inc. (RockSol) provides civil engineering services for transportation projects, including highway and trail design, bridge and structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, and environmental services. We also provide construction management, inspection, and materials testing services for public agencies. With a staff of over 200, RockSol offers a unique team of professional and technical staff with a wealth of experience and knowledge. RockSol has in-house capabilities for performing standard materials laboratory testing, all of which is conducted under the required industry and regulatory procedures in our AARL and CCRL accredited laboratories.
We are contacting the department at your college because in our experience, Geologists have an excellent background in soils and are able to fit well into our company as material technicians. We currently have openings at several of our Colorado offices.
Below is a link to the current openings at RockSol, where the Civil Materials Technician I position can be found. We understand that some of the minimum qualifications listed require certifications that recent graduates may not have. After onboarding, new technicians undergo training and are registered for upcoming certifications and exams. New technicians are compensated for their study time as well as their exam times. Exam fees are covered by RockSol.
