This position would manage UNL’s Teaching and Learning Centers 20+ tutors and teaching assistants. This person would coordinate trainings, track attendance and scheduling, and perform evaluations for each student. They would also organize some student engagement activities, as necessary.
Additionally, the Teaching and Learning Center is trying to grow their Seacrest Fellows faculty group, which is focused on producing research around student success/teaching innovations. This role would help by collecting relevant research for a literature review. This would be a new responsibility so we are still working out the details.
