Poster judges for the undergraduate and graduate poster competitions are needed. The Undergraduate Poster Session and Creative Exhibitions will be held on Tuesday, March 28 and Wednesday, March 29 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The Graduate Poster Session and Creative Exhibitions will be held on Tuesday, March 28 and Wednesday, March 29 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.). Faculty and postdocs may judge posters in either session; graduate students may only judge undergraduate posters. Those who are interested can complete the volunteer form online and expect details in a follow-up from organizers.
Poster judges will be responsible for evaluating 5-10 posters each using a rubric provided. The Office of Graduate Studies and Office of Undergraduate Research will handle all administrative aspects of the judging process.
