Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of the Office of Academic Success and Intercultural Services (OASIS, as part of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion), the Program Coordinator for Student Success and Engagement will be primarily responsible for supporting student success and student engagement via regular student interactions and presence at student events.

Position supports, creates, implements, manages, and evaluates undergraduate student programming/workshops and serves as Student Success Coach/Interventionist in one-on-one and group interactions. The Program Coordinator seeks opportunities to enhance and expand services, resources, and structures that will support Native and Indigenous and other historically underrepresented group programming and retention efforts.

The Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, assessing, and coordinating student success and engagement, events, initiatives that reflect the mission, purpose, and strategic goals of inclusive student excellence.

In addition, the Program Coordinator works to coordinate and align retention and engagements practices with university determined and unit-level specific operations and needs.
