Thursday, February 23, 2023 | 5 PM, Willa Cather Dining Complex: Red Cloud
The Committee for Fee Allocations (CFA) is holding a Town Hall on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at 5 p.m. in the Willa Cather Dining Complex Red Cloud Room. All students are welcome to learn more about fees and provide feedback through an open forum. All graduate students are invited to attend.
The CFA is an elected committee tasked with working with campus partners and Student Affairs to recommend the cost of student fees across the University. The CFA works with fee users on budget requests the academic year preceding the start of the new fiscal year; budget requests for UPFF fee users are available in publicly available documents and records.
"This is open to the public, and I highly encourage students to come because they can get face-to-face answers for their questions,’ Mudhelli said. ‘It's definitely more of a discussion [and] an opportunity for us to also hear some important concerns that we might not have caught when we [were] making proposals.’” Shivani Mudhelli is the chair of the CFA committee this year.
During the presentation of the bill to the ASUN Senate, representatives from the University Health Center, campus recreation, parking and transit, etc. along with administrators from Student Affairs will be in attendance to answer student questions.
