
Jeff Hill is making significant strides as a Ph.D. student in Leadership Studies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL). With a strong educational background that includes a Bachelor of Science in education, graduate certificates in digital humanities and the teaching of writing, and a Master of Arts in English, Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his studies.
Transitioning from a decade of teaching high school, he became a college lecturer and currently serves as a chapter advisor for the Phi Delta Theta fraternity. His dedication to education and mentorship is commendable, especially as he teaches ALEC 202 course, Foundations of Leadership Theory and Practice.
In addition to his academic pursuits, Jeff is a prolific writer with over 100 short story publications in various literary magazines. His storytelling skills extend to his first published novel, Dead Socials. Jeff's past roles as a research associate for the Walt Whitman Archive and as a faculty member at the Writer’s Hotel writing conference in New York City showcase his commitment to the literary arts.
