
Students have multiple opportunities this spring to receive support with SNAP. SNAP Coordinators from the Food Bank of Lincoln will be on campus in 205 Louise Pound Hall on February 19, March 19, and April 16 from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM to help students complete the SNAP application.
On Thursday, February 19; Thursday, March 19; and Thursday, April 16, from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM, SNAP Coordinators from the Food Bank of Lincoln will be on campus in 205 Louise Pound Hall to assist students with the SNAP application process. Students can sign up for a 30‑minute appointment here:

Not sure whether a student qualifies? If a student is unsure or “on the fence” about eligibility, please encourage them to meet with a coordinator—there is no obligation, and the conversation can help clarify their options. If you work with students experiencing food insecurity or financial strain, please consider sharing this opportunity with them. SNAP benefits can provide significant monthly support for grocery expenses, helping students stay focused on their academic success.
Additionally, every 1st Wednesday and 3rd Thursday of the month through April, a representative from the Food Bank of Lincoln will be tabling in the union from 2:00–3:00 PM to answer questions about SNAP applications and Food Bank services.
Graduate students may also apply for $150 in Dining Dollars through the Abbott Fund. The application is available here:
