Register for the New Teaching Assistant Orientation on Aug. 20

On August 20, 2019, the Office of Graduate Studies will host an orientation for new Graduate Teaching Assistants.

This orientation is designed to prepare new Graduate Teaching Assistants for the classroom. This half-day orientation will focus on teaching resources and policies and expectations of Graduate Teaching Assistants as well as workshops on three areas of teaching (grading and assessment, classroom management, and lecturing) that affect all TAs.
