Users can now change and reset forgotten passwords through the new User Management Portal which can be found at https://hcc.unl.edu/myhcc. After entering an HCC username along with the associated email address, a password reset link will be sent out which can be used to change the active password once Duo authentication (or other two-factor authentication) is successfully completed.
