Extension has a new Nebraska Home Energy website available.
Content includes such topics as: Money Saving Ideas, Lighting, Appliances and Electronics, Weatherization, Heating and Cooling, Windows and Doors, Design and Innovations and Healthy and Efficient Homes. Several videos are included.
The website was developed with partial funding through a grant from the Nebraska Environmental Trust. The Trust is funded by proceeds from the Nebraska Lottery and has awarded more than $127 million to conservation projects in Nebraska since 1994.
