Are you a current undergraduate student that will continue your studies at UNL next year? Don’t forget to apply for the Scholarship Application for Current Undergraduate Students on MyRED by Feb. 1!

Continuing undergraduate students can apply for most scholarships available through a single scholarship application in MyRED. Beginning in mid- to late-November each year, enrolled students can apply for scholarships through the online Scholarship Application for Current Undergraduate Students for scholarships for the next academic year. The application deadline is February 1 at 11:59 p.m.

To apply, log into MYRED and select the Scholarship Application for Current Undergraduate Students. Submission of this online application allows you to be considered for scholarships awarded by the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid eligible for international students and to have your information made available to your academic college.

The application process will ask you a series of questions related to your studies to determine your eligibility for scholarships. Depending on your academic program, you may be asked to submit a resume of your activities or an essay for specific scholarships.

The awarding of scholarships to current undergraduate students can be based on one or several of the following criteria: cumulative grade point average, financial need, a resume of activities, etc. Visit the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid website for more information, and don’t forget to apply by Feb. 1!
