The Office of Graduate Studies has Canvas modules on a variety of professional development topics ranging from writing a CV or cover letter to interviewing and career exploration. There are also modules on teaching for TAs that provide teaching resources and information on grading and assessments, lesson planning, and building rapport and classroom management.
Consultations by appointment are also available on any job documents (CV, cover letter, teaching statement, etc.), fellowship application materials, or to request a teaching observation. Choose Job Search Document Review for job documents, choose Grant and Proposal Writing for fellowship materials, or choose Teaching Development Program for teaching observations.
