The Nebraska High School Press Association (NHSPA) is looking for CoJMC students to help at its fall convention on Monday, Oct. 21 (the first day of UNL’s fall break). These are paid positions ($10 an hour).
The convention, held at the Nebraska Union, attracts 700 high school students and teachers who produce yearbooks, newspapers and broadcasting. The hours will be from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. -- with an hour lunch break. You'll be escorting guest speakers to rooms, giving directions and getting room counts.
