Global Communications Intern - UNL Office of Global Strategies (Lincoln, NE)

The Office of Global Strategies (OGS) is the university-level office that coordinates and supports global activities throughout the campus and abroad, including international and transnational research, teaching, and outreach. The OGS is instrumental in mapping internationalization resulting in the implementation of global strategies that represent the interests of our faculty, students, and staff.

This paid communications intern position involves working with digital design and production, including some videography and photography, and social media writing.

> Digital design work for the Office of Global Strategies including digital signage, brochures, reports, social media graphics, and more
> Video editing, filming and photography a plus
> Assist with execution of office and sponsored events, preparing printed brochures and photography

Applicants should have basic working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and Photoshop and have good writing skills. Requires copywriting & editing ability, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and direct contact with members and leaders of several associations.

Hours: Students will work with the Global Outreach Officer to work between 5-10 hours a week during the spring semester with a flexible schedule. The internship has the option to extend to the summer.
