The Public Relations Student Society of America chapter at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s College of Journalism and Mass Communications is pleased to announce the release of our first annual newsletter “LNKED.”

Centered around our Lincoln, or LNK, community, this newsletter highlights the accomplishments of UNL PRSSA and is a way to further establish relationships with key stakeholders that empower our chapter such as current members, alumni, faculty and mentors. The publication of the newsletter was made possible by the generosity of Ameritas, one of our chapter’s collaborative partners in the Lincoln community.

The annual newsletter will also serve as a strategic tool to build relationships on a national level with National PRSSA and on a personal level with potential new members and general members of PRSSA. It will give students both within and outside of the College of Journalism and Mass Communications the chance to learn more about our PRSSA chapter and all that is has to offer its members. Each year, PRSSA strives to build an outstanding program, aiming to further the profession by connecting students with professionals in the industry. The LNKED newsletter is a core component of that strategy.

“This newsletter will be a great way to keep everyone up-to-date on what our UNL PRSSA chapter has achieved in the past year,” UNL PRSSA faculty advisor Jemalyn Griffin said.

UNL PRSSA is thrilled to launch the LNKED newsletter this month and looks forward to continuing the tradition of creating such an integral piece to the chapter and its relationships within and beyond the Lincoln community.
