Who are we looking for as our next Digital Marketing Specialist?
> Four years’ experience in marketing or related field
> Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred; equivalent work experience in marketing or advertising may be substituted
> Experience with managing digital marketing campaigns
> Fluency in digital marketing trends such as Pay Search, display ads, email marketing, content marketing and Google analytics
> Familiarity with key metrics to track for data-driven marketing

What is a day in the life of our Digital Marketing Specialist?
> Developing, implementing, measuring and building reports on credit union programs and their outcomes
> Assisting in the design of reports and reporting methodologies
> Analyzing usage and campaign trends to identify new marketing opportunities
> Overseeing administrative aspects of member survey programs and managing and executing the member’s onboarding and cross selling programs
> Working alongside the marketing team to identify target markets and develop campaigns to increase CU members and increase share of wallet
> Gathering, analyzing and interpreting a wide variety of marketing performance data and KPIs including digital media
> Utilizng our analyst tools (IE. Hubspot) to develop lead generation, capture leads, and nurture client communications as it relates to SEO & SEM
> Sharing and distributing data to various Credit Union respective departments so they can use this information to meet their strategic goals
> Responsible for search engine optimization (SEO)
> Works closely with Graphic/ Web designer to utilize data for cross selling opportunities
> Overseeing digital and social media communications utilizing technology and resources
