The Spearfish Sasquatch Baseball Club are seeking a Photography Intern for the 2021 season. This position will work under the direction of the General Manager.
Job Candidate Requirements:
> DSLR Camera
> Ability to lift 50 lbs
> Reliable transportation
General Responsibilities:
> Attend all 32 home games and home playoff games if necessary
> Help coordinate theme nights – let’s make each night something special
> Player Head Shots, Player Posed Photos, Team Photos
> Capture footage of fans, food, games, employees and players during home games
> Assist with pre-game and post-game shows
> Assist with all pre-game set-up and post-game clean up as needed
> Attend mascot and player appearances in community
> Assist with creating promotional videos/photos/graphics for website and social media
> Ability to work game nights and weekends in addition to other team functions
> Assist in all aspects of team operations and other duties as assigned by management
Skills & Experience Required:
> Ability to meet deadlines
> Excellent communication skills
> Passion for baseball
> Incredibly organized and goal oriented
> Strong time management skills
> Ability to multi-task and work independently
> Proficient in Microsoft Office
*Internship is from mid-May to mid-August. Host family program and $500 stipend available.
