The Communications Coordinator Intern will read, research and respond to communications involving the Wolfram Physics Project. This candidate will be responsible for clearly communicating, tracking and resolving inquiries and engaging with the community of physics professionals and the general public. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of physics concepts and the Wolfram Physics Project and will have exceptional skills in corresponding using professional business English.
Responsibilities:
> Reviewing and triaging incoming mail as it relates to the Wolfram Physics Project
> Maintaining the RT queue for various types of correspondence
> Working with the Physics Project team on responses and action items arising from incoming inquiries
> Developing, collaborating on and delivering educational content on the Wolfram Physics Project as needed
