We’re looking for a part-time Production Intern for our podcast division who will work out of our studio located at 3738 S. 149th St. Ste. 107 in Omaha, NE. The prime focus of the Media Production Intern will be to help our podcast division plan, execute, produce and create video elements for our network of podcasts. This is fantastic opportunity for anyone studying journalism, sports journalism, communication, and/or sports media marketing who has an interest in podcasting and video production. You will work closely with our Hurrdat Media team.
Coverage of client projects may require occasional travel within Omaha and to Lincoln, and will require hours that extend beyond the typical 9-to-5. This internship requires approximately 15 hours per week.
Primary Duties:
> Working closely with Hurrdat Media team (podcast directors, social media strategist and content/media producer) to create and execute different audio and video elements for the podcast network shows
> Edit video and audio highlight clips for various shows on the podcast network
> Assist with video/audio production for various podcasts

> Must have strong interpersonal skills/networking
> Must have desire to learn about video editing and production
> Access to a personal computer, internet, and smart phone

> Adobe Audition
> Basic Camera and Video Production Knowledge
