Gear80, based in Lincoln, NE, is looking for a Content Marketing Intern. Gear80 is an Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) implementer. John Fulwider, the owner, works with small and growing businesses to help make them more effective. He's passionate about professional development and helping leaders become all they are meant to be.
Content Marketing Intern Job Responsibilities:
> Set up client-only Facebook Group
> Populate Facebook Group with Zoominar videos and first few John interview recordings
> Submit recordings to video editor (Fiverr or Upwork) for editing:
- Cut errors, misspeaking, rambling
- Add title card with topic, date and logo
> Upload to appropriate hosting service (YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia) as private videos
> Optimize on hosting service (titles, descriptions, tags and custom thumbnails)
> Have video transcribed using REV.com or similar service
> Use transcript to create weekly client emails that link to livestream
> Use transcript to create engaging daily social posts for Facebook Group - designing images in Canva
- Compelling questions
- Polls
- This or that posts
- Experience sharing requests
> Use Traction and other EOS resources to develop daily social posts for Facebook Group (Option 1 only)
> Create monthly/semi-monthly business focus email featuring Zoominar recordings
> Add all Zoominar recordings to Facebook Group
> Deploy all emails
> Report on results (email opens, live stream views, etc.) each week
Extra credit:
> Take one of the weekly interviews per month and create a search optimized blog post, including appropriate hero image
> Share a video snippet from one of the video interviews on LinkedIn as part of the non-client communications program
