Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years television Sales and management experience preferred. Verifiable strong leadership skills is a must. Strengths in presentation, research and account management required. Energy, enthusiasm and attitude are important.

· Sales Planning/Management;
· New Business Development;
· Tracking new and existing business;
· Interpersonal and Interdepartmental Communications;
· Account Executive Development and Motivation;
· Rate and inventory management; and
· Working with National Rep firm.
Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel spreadsheet required. Additional computer programs include, Matrix, Media Audit, Kronos, Citrix programs, OSI and proficiency in social media programs. Some travel is required.
