The Lincoln Journal Star sports department is seeking a polished intern with strong writing experience to work with a group of veteran reporters on Husker sports coverage, including Husker football.
The intern will also work in-office shifts taking coaches’ calls, compiling boxes, score lists and highlights. He or she will also assist with covering high school sports and Husker sports outside of football, such as track, wrestling and women’s basketball.
There is also the opportunity to work on digital projects.
Commitment of 15-25 hours per week.
