Account Executive
CB&A is seeking a full-time Account Executive who is focused on delivering client results and thrives in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is driven, smart and ambitious. Essential Job Responsibilities:

Client Account Management: Create and execute strategic public relations and social media plans for assigned clients. Develop client PR campaigns that strategically manage client resources while achieving stated goals, and manage campaign activities on an ongoing basis.
Storyteller: Develop PR messages and news hooks that deliver timely, relevant and compelling story ideas that reporters and bloggers want to write about and share.
Social Media: Manage and execute social media strategies on multiple social channels.
Business Networking/Relationships: Develop and maintain good working relationships with trade editors and bloggers, clients and prospects, industry VIPs, and consumer media and bloggers.
Event Coordination: Coordinate and plan company and client activities at industry trade shows, media interviews, and special events. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
Required Skills and Competencies:

Bachelors Degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience
At least 3 years relevant work experience in an account service role responsible for client and/or media communications
Deep knowledge of reporting and monitoring social media, with experience with one or more major reporting tools
Excellent written and verbal communication, portraying a high degree of professionalism
High level of attention to detail and strong customer service skills with demonstrated relationship-building skills
Demonstrated ability to think critically and to provide strategic insight and analysis to solve problems
Ability to foster teamwork and thrive in a collaborative environment

Digital Coordinator

General Description:

The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Digital Director and Account Executives/Managers in the day-to-day activities required for the successful operation of the business. Under direct supervision, collaborate with internal staff to guide, coordinate and execute strategic visibility campaigns to effectively communicate with target audiences. Exemplify the CB&A brand.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Content Development: Work with liaisons in assigned client groups to produce and distribute content to engage targeted audiences. Contribute to strategy development and tactical execution of client programs. Create and promote content across a variety of channels
Data Analytics: Monitor, research and analyze social/SEO/SEM analytics and campaign performance to evolve channel strategy across multiple platforms.
Customer Acquisition: Understand lead generation and customer retention processes as well as email marketing techniques. Develop traffic generation strategies to improve paid marketing efforts. Optimize activities for quantity of traffic and engagement.
Account Coordination: Update client deliverables such as blog posts, email blasts, marketing collateral and promotional posts. Participate in client planning meetings and compile summaries. Contribute to team brainstorming efforts. Assist in identifying digital marketing opportunities and drafting campaign communications.
Project Management: Manage the execution of digital projects from start to finish and put learnings into action for future projects.
Information Management: Work closely with the Digital Marketing Director to manage the marketing database and other digital assets. Support the Account Executives and Account Managers in gathering information and conducting research.
Confidentiality: Display a high level of integrity by maintaining the confidence of proprietary information. Protect all tangible and intangible company assets including proprietary software and databases.
Additional Job Responsibilities:

Assist Digital Manager and Account service team with generating leads for potential new business
Conduct special research and other projects as assigned
Required Skills and Competencies:

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or equivalent work experience
1-2 years work experience in digital marketing or social media
Demonstrated proficiency with Twitter, Facebook and other social media tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems
Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
Ability to use discretion and judgment in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
Ability to foster teamwork and thrive in a collaborative environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Skills and Competencies:

Ability to create content and develop graphics for website pages, e-mail blasts, direct mail pieces, newsletters and other collateral
Experience writing/editing content, including blog posts, news releases, feature stories, case studies, etc.
