Social Media/Communications Intern
• Strategize and create a weekly social media plan and implement, with guidance from Marketing Department.
• Interview and write articles for website and other content.
• Website content – entering and modifying existing information.
• Marketing Department is a team-based collaborative and creative environment. Must be able to independently work on projects.

Experience Desired: Excellent writing and communications skills. Familiarity with Social Media platforms.

Other Requirements:
• Ability to plan time accordingly, efficient, able to work on projects independently. Copy editing skills.
• Update website as needed, including preparing and/or editing copy, inserting and compiling visuals. Assistance with site maintenance and social media updates.
•Depending upon the work being done, we are flexible with location (our office or on your own). However, regular, dependable attendance is an essential function of this position.

Design/Interactive Media Intern
Work with Marketing Department on print pieces, design work for both digital and print, website updating. Ability to take photos, film and create short videos to be used mainly in social media and short formats a plus. Creativity and outside the box thinking greatly appreciated!

Marketing Department is a team-based collaborative and creative environment. Must be able to independently work on projects.

Experience Desired: Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – notably inDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Ability to work with website CMS (Firespring) with training. Video shooting/editing and photography skills appreciated.

Other Requirements: Strong design skills, efficient, able to work on projects independently with ability to incorporate style guides with some direction. Copy editing skills.
