The Nebraska Rural Radio Association is currently seeking an Operations Manager to lead our stations in York, KAWL and KTMX. We are looking for an energetic, team player with a proven track record in operations in small market radio.
Experience:
The ability to do Programming Operations and Morning Show on Country format. An ag background is also helpful.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will also work closely with station manager and sales.
Additional Information: The NRRA is the only farmer and rancer owned radio group in the country. Other stations in the group include flagship KRVN AM and FM in Lexington, KNEB AM and FM in Scottsbluff, KTIC AM and FM in WEst Point, and KAMI AM in Cozad.
