Social Media Manager - Hudl (Lincoln, NE)

As the Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for the publishing of original video content to Hudl social channels with an eye toward audience engagement and growth. We’re currently looking for someone with experience working with a large content team, sports-focused is a plus.

You Are:
- Social media savvy. You have a strong interest in social media and experience posting on various platforms, experience posting to accounts other than your personal accounts is mandatory.
- Analytical. You understand the insights offered through the key social channels, enjoy diving into the numbers and can make decisions based on that.
- Well-written and engaging. You are quick with sports knowledge and cultural wit. You can craft an engaging message that fits within brand and style guidelines.
- Creative. You think outside the box. You get excited about the newest app updates and how content can be posted on these new updates.

You Will:
- Nurture communities. You’ll respond to and engage with our audience to help them amplify our brand message through content.
- Publish content. You’ll help build and follow an editorial calendar to help publish video and other assets across several key social channels including: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, the Hudl platform and YouTube.
- Make informed decisions. You’ll use data to make adjustments to timing and copy.
- Collaborate. You’ll work closely with our Head of Original Programming and a variety of stakeholders to ensure the right assets are being delivered and all partnership obligations are being fulfilled.
- Monitor. You’ll follow the trends in social media and make suggestions based on how and where content is being consumed.
- Create. Be able to edit templates created for you in Photoshop and Illustrator and push them out on platforms.
