NRG Media Lincoln is seeking a Director of Sales to accelerate revenue growth for our cluster. We need a strategic sales leader with vision, courage and proven track record. The successful candidate will possess abilities to build intelligent revenue budgets, identifiy and grow talent, develop online revenue streams and work well in a collaborative environment.
Applicants must be able to hold themselves and their staff accountable, and communicate effectively and manage a team as individuals. They must possess unquestionable character, professionalism and integrity. The ideal candidate will view obstacles as opportunities and consistently strive to win.

Responsiblities include:
-Oversee local sales team
-Create and execute a strategic plan for the sales department
-Coach, train and motivate the sales team
-Grow station revenues and market share

Experience:
Five years media sales experience. Previous sales management experience is a plus.

Requirements:
You must be creative, goal-oriented and an effective problem solver.

Possess excellent oral and written communications skills, time management skills, negotiating skills and be a proven leader.
Highly refined interpersonal skills by which to coach, counsel, and mentor our sales staff to the next level of excellence.
