Flood Communications, LLC has an opening for the position of News Channel Nebraska (NCN) Digital Director in our Norfolk facility. This position manages and operates our successful content digital delivery efforts to our listeners, viewers and readers using our premier web CMS in coordination with our social media assets.
NCN currently post 3,000,000 page views per month and that number is growing year after year. The primary responsibilities include: (1) pushing video content generated by the news department on to the appropriate platforms and using social media to increase distribution; (2) interacting with all listeners, viewers and reader on in bound questions and reaching out to news makers in the communities to create a connection beneficial to our stations; (3) being creative and fun in a way that social media consumers will enjoy while at the same time maintaining their trust in our brands; (4) coordinate of special station promotions directly toward digital efforts; and (5) embracing the OTT apps we currently use and work to promote these asset as yet another way people can enjoy our content.
