Nebraska Extension’s Crop Management Diagnostic Clinics provided hands-on, in-field training at 3 training sessions in August. The sessions focused on soil health and soybean and corn production – where participants saw a growing season in one place with growth and development at a range of vegetative/reproductive growth stages. Current, research-based information was presented by university and industry agricultural specialists. 159 participants participated from IA, IL, KS, MO, NE, SD, and Canada. Participants note that they appreciate the one-on-one attention, actual on-site plot demonstrations, and beneficial interaction with other participants and presenters.
