It is time again to start making plans for our annual Nebraska Extension Fall Conference on November 12-13, 2019. We are excited to bring back David Horsager as our keynote speaker. David will guide us in developing difference-making actions. We will also take the time to discuss our Extension 2025 plan and reflect on our disaster response this past year. Participation in our Fall Conference is important for every Extension professional. We expect you to participate in this dynamic opportunity.

HOTEL ROOMS
Nebraska Extension will pay to lodge Tuesday ONLY at one of three hotels: Fairfield Inn, La Quinta Inn, and Comfort Inn in Kearney, NE. You will be responsible for making your lodging reservation and/or cancellation.

The lodging block reservation deadline is October 14, 2019.
You can still make reservations after this date and will still get the group rate, but you may not get into the hotel of your choice. Nebraska Extension will pay for lodging Tuesday, November 12 if you are registered. Other incidental charges, such as movies, phone, etc., WILL NOT be paid by Nebraska Extension. If your lodging reservation is not made by October 14, you will be responsible for securing your own lodging and will only be reimbursed the rate ($100.95) given us by the Younes Conference Center.
Your Tuesday night lodging ONLY will be direct billed to Nebraska Extension. If you plan to stay Monday or Wednesday night, you will be responsible for those charges. You can stay in the same room for the entirety of the conference but we ask you to go down to the hotel registration desk and check out each morning in order to secure the correct billing receipts.
Please contact Linda Tempel (402-472-3967), if you have questions. If you are unable to attend and do not cancel your reservation, you will be expected to reimburse Nebraska Extension for the cost of your room.
